Daleks Daleks are a genetically engineered race, similar to mechanoids, designed by a mad Megalomaniac Davros. They were created to be an invincible army, to conquer and exterminate. They have had their ups and downs, and are the mortal enemies or the doctor. They are the only race other than the Gallifreyans to have developed time travel technology. They vary in intelligence from the leaders, to the simple drones who merely scream exterminate, exterminate! They are very arrogant and will only work with non-Daleks if they are severely hurting as a race. Dalek eyestalks can be used for bounty, 50,000 cr per stalk. *** Destroying the main body kills the Dalek, leaving the guns head, and eyestalk. Appearance: Usually dark blue in color, they have a human sized body, that starts cylindrical at the top, and ends up ovoid at the bottom. An eye stalk, a ball on a 1ft rod, protrudes from the rotating head assembly, and two arms come out of it's midsection, the manipulator, and the gun. The surface is covered with regularly spaced silver hemispheres, a common motif among them. Enemies: everyone who knows them Allies: they want nothing to do with anyone, but an evil being might help them out behind the scenes. Power: 1. The Daleks can seal their armor for up to 1 hour, protecting them from gas and vacuum. 2. Gun arm: this arm fires an energy beam and appears to be a metal, 1ft rod, with five metal wires running parallel to it. MD: 6d6 Range: 700ft Payload: unlimited 3. Manipulator arm: A 1ft plunger like arm, can lift objects PS5, and emit a gas, knock-out: unless save vs. Poison gas, knocked out for 2d6 melee, sleeping: unless save vs. Poison gas, asleep for 1d6 hours, and lethal gas: unless save vs. Poison gas, does 1d6 to hp per melee for 1d6 melees. 4. Eye stalk: can see using infra-red, UV, night vision, or thermo vision. 5.
